CONDITIONS OF USE
At Kitemare Company we aim to provide high quality clothing and parts at reasonable prices. All parts are guaranteed for 3 months from time of purchase against manufacture fault, this excludes misuse and accidental damage. If you do get any problems with clothing or parts contact the office by telephone to explain your problem. Any goods sent back to the office should be dispatched via registered post to avoid loss!
If you have ordered the wrong size clothes or wrong item we can exchange them for you free of charge, contact the office and we can arrange an exchange. All items returned need to be in the same condition as sent to you.
If you ordered the wrong part or don't like the clothes and wanted a refund send the old one back in original condition and we will refund your money less postage paid by us.
